Instrukcja zaciskania wtyku RJ45 wg standardu T568B: 1. Przytnij kabel sieciowy UTP na wymagany wymiar, np. 1 metr 2. Przytnij zewnętrzną izolację kabla na około 4 cm, by wygodnie ułożyć przewody (żyły) w odpowiedniej kolejności. 3. Ułóż przewody w kolejności standardu T568B: 1. Biało Pomarańczowy 2. Pomarańczowy 3. Biało Zielony 4. Niebieski 5. Biało Niebieski 6. Zielony 7. Biało Brązowy 8. Brązowy Standard T568A ma inną kolejność (rzadziej stosowany): 1. Biało Zielony 2. Zielony 3. Biało Pomarańczowy 4. Niebieski 5. Biało Niebieski 6. Pomarańczowy 7. Biało Brązowy 8. Brązowy 4. Przytnij długość ułożonych przewodów (żył) wg przyłożonej wtyczki, tak by izolacja zewnętrzna kabla była zaciśnięta przez element zaciskowy wtyku RJ45, czyli zwykle na długość około 13 mm. 5. Wsuwamy ułożone przewody do wtyczki RJ45 upewniając się co do kolejności żył we wtyczce wg standardu. 6. Kilkukrotnie dosuwamy izolację i przewody do wtyczki, by każda żyła wsunęła się do końca wtyczki. 7. Zagniatamy zaciskarką wtyk RJ45 na kablu UTP, przez co blokujemy cały przewód przed wysuwaniem z wtyczki. 8. Testujemy ciągłość wszystkich 8 przewodów kabla testerem do kabli, by upewnić się że poradzi sobie z połączeniem gigabitowym 1Gbps. Zarobienie wtyku RJ45 na kablu sieciowym jest proste, a film pokazuje krok po kroku jak wykonać tą czynność samodzielnie. Jeśli wymieniasz wtyk stary, uszkodzony na nowy, zwróć uwagę na kolejność żył, by w nowej wtyczce zamontować żyły tak samo, wtedy połączenie sieciowe będzie skuteczne. Do zamontowania wtyku RJ45 na kablu UTP potrzebne będą: 1. Nowe wtyki RJ45 (ewentualnie gumowa osłonka wtyczki) 2. Zaciskarka do wtyków RJ45 3. Kabel sieciowy UTP "skrętka" 4. Pisak W praktyce stosujemy 2 rodzaje połączenia kabla "skrętka" UTP poprzez odpowiednie ułożenie żył we wtyczce RJ45 wg 2 standardów: 1. Połączenie PROSTE (Standard EIA/TIA T568B* lub T568B), gdzie obydwie strony kabla są zaciśnięte tak samo. Połączenie pomiędzy poszczególnymi urządzeniami sieciowymi, np. Komputer - Router, Router - Router itp. * Najczęściej stosowane połączenie. 2. Połączenie krzyżowe "skrosowane" (Standard EIA/TIA T568B z jednej strony kabla i T568A z drugiej strony kabla), gdzie po dwóch stronach kabla wtyczki mają zaciśnięte żyły w innej kolejności. Połączenie bezpośrednie pomiędzy dwoma komputerami, rzadko stosowany rodzaj połączenia. Na filmie pokazano, jak zamontować wtyk RJ45 w standardzie T568B, najczęściej stosowanym do połączeń urządzeń. If you’re looking to learn some basic crimping skills this video is for you, so let’s get started: Regular Crimps I prefer the Klein Tools RJ45/RJ11 crimping tool. These are heavy-duty and reliable for thousands of crimps. I am going to do the TIA568B pattern which is fairly common. I recommend using B unless otherwise specified. Some telcos and other countries use A, so make sure you’re following spec. I’m using high-quality Superior Essex CAT6 which is very easy to untwist and straighten out Passthrough Go Simply Connect makes a very solid pair of passthrough crimps. Some people are much quicker with these and also if you have poor eyesight, it helps confirm color coding.
